Friends of the Shelter Dogs need your help!
This is Candy "Cane", now known to his adoptive family as "Spike"
he is one of the many dogs this group has helped by raising money
for his much needed leg surgery. The group also uses donations
for other medical treatments, vaccines, boarding costs and much
more. Recently they pulled out 11 dogs out of the shelter to
go to a rescue because space issues were going to force the shelter
to euthanize. But the rescue facility can not take them for a week
and a half. The group pays to board these dogs so that they
can live. If you
can not adopt a dog but would like to help you can contribute by
sending a donation
to Friends of the Shelter Dogs, P.O. Box 576, Athens, Ohio 45701 Monetary donations of any amount are most greatly
appreciated. This is one way as a community we can help our furry
friends!
